Government easies Visa curbs
The Centre on Thursday eased curbs on visa and arrival of people from other countries after air travel had been restricted for almost 6 months due to the Pandemic.
Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders and foreign nationals, can now visit India for any purpose except on tourist visa.
In a move to revive the air travel, the Government has also restored the validity of all existing visas. However, electronic, tourist and medical visas still continue to be restricted.
All the travelers, however, will have to follow all the required guidelines and quarantine requirements as enlisted by the Union Health Ministry.
