Ahead of the Assembly polls scheduled in Goa next month, BJP's MLA Michael Lobo resigned from the Parmod Sawant led state government on Monday.
Lobo, who represented the Calangute Assembly constituency, also quit as member of the Legislative Assembly. He was the minister for science, technology, and waste management in the BJP-led Goa government.
There are speculations that the senior leader will join Congress leaders. On the question regarding joining other political parties- he stated that he is in talks with other parties and will arrive at a decision soon.
"I will see what step to take next. I'm in talks with other political parties. I was upset with the way we were looked at and party workers are unhappy," he added.
