
G7 issues warnings to Russia and Iran
The foreign ministers of the world's wealthiest liberal democracies met at Liverpool and issues warnings to Russia and Iran
The warnings to Russia have been issued amid an ongoing standoff between Ukraine and Russia, with Russia amassing 175,000 troops on the border
Over the years NATO has been making attempts to admit Ukraine as a full member. Last year in June it was admitted as NATO's distinctive partner and enhanced opportunity partner interoperability program. Germany has also delayed giving permissions to gas pipelines in a bid to mount pressure on Russia
Further G7 leaders have said that Iran should agree to the JCPOA deal amid ongoing talks in Vienna. Further the leaders said this was Iran's last chance to come into the agreement
