Find out what declassified JFK files suggest

• Over 1,500 JFK assassination files that were previously classified were made public and they included documents which linked killer Lee Harvey Oswald with a LGB agent.

• The files were released by the National Archives, and it contained documents about the killer’s contact with KGB two months before the shooting took place.

• Memos detailing anonymous phone calls to the US embassy in Canberra, Australia are included in the documents. The calls took place a year before the shooting, and it has been stated that the caller said that the Soviet government was planning to kill Kennedy.

• Two days after the shooting, another call took place claiming that Russians were behind the assassination.

• Oswald was killed two days later after being arrested for the assassination by Jack Ruby, a nightclub owner, while being transported by police.
