  • Indian-Afghanistan trade had grown with the establishment in 2017 of air freight. In 2019-20, bilateral trade crossed $1.3 billion

  • Zaranj-Delaram Highway: A high-profile highway built by the Border Roads Organisation of India. Located alongside Afghanistan's border with Iran

  • Besides this India has built several hospitals, schools, research institutes and restoration of historical structure like Bala Hissar Fort
