Find out about websites and apps that have been blocked so far by Putin

• The list of websites and applications that were blocked by Russia overnight include BBC network, Twitter and Facebook. • Tim Davie, the director-general of BBC responded saying, “Truth is often the first casualty of war. In a conflict where disinformation and propaganda is rife, there is a need for factual and independent news people can trust.”

• The vice-president of global affairs at Facebook, Sir Nick Clegg said, “Soon millions of ordinary Russians will find themselves cut off from reliable information, deprived of their everyday ways of connecting with family and friends and silenced from speaking out.
