Father murders his children and grandchildren in Pakistan honor killing

• A man in Pakistan allegedly burned alive seven members of his own family in a gruesome case of honor killing, because one of his daughters married against his wish.

• According to reports, Manzoor Hussain set fire to a house in Muzaffargarh district of Pakistan’s Punjab province. His daughter Fauzia Bibi and Khurshid Mai were living with their families in the house.

• Bibi’s husband Mehboob Ahmad was the only survivor of the attack and told the police, “I was in Multan for business. When I returned and was near my home, I saw it in flames. Tow men, Manzoor Hussain and Sabir Hussain were seen fleeing the spot.”

• A police complaint was then lodged against his father-in-law Manzoor Hussain and his son Sabir Hussain.
