Energy source to Chernobyl Restored
The power source to Ukraine's Chernobyl nuclear power plant has now been restored, according to the Ukraine 24 TV network on Tuesday, contributing that authorities have alerted the IAEA.
According to Rosatom's declaration, the disused Chernobyl plant's external source is being regained.
Ukraine had alerted of an elevated risk of a Chernobyl nuclear accident if its large power line, which had been affected by the fighting, was not fixed.
According to Ukrenergo, the state-owned power system operator, the Chernobyl plant is now dependent on generating units for power after its excess power was punctured again on Monday.
