On Tuesday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly informed the Press Trust of India (PTI) that the 2011 World Cup-winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni will not charge any fee for mentoring Team India in T20 World Cup 2021.
Later the same announcement was also confirmed by BCCI Secretary Jay Shah.
"Dhoni will not charge anything to mentor the Indian team," Sourav Ganguly said.
"MS Dhoni is not charging any honorarium for his services as the mentor of the Indian team for the T20 World Cup," Jay Shah told ANI.
