Delhi’s CM Not Safe inside his own Residence: HC Hauls the Delhi Police
The Delhi High Court ordered the Delhi Police Commissioner to investigate and assign blame for the "severe lapse" outside Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence on Monday, April 25.
Bhardwaj has requested the formation of a SIT in his case, which is being handled by counsel Bharat Gupta.
According to the status report, some miscreants broke over the barricades and entered the residence through the gate.
The high court had requested a status report from the police regarding the event on April 1, stating that the "unruly mob" was attempting to generate a "element of fear," and that the police force on the scene was "inadequate" and "outnumbered."
