Delhi reports zero Covid deaths

• On Tuesday, Union Territory of Delhi did not report any death due to the novel coronavirus. According to data published on Delhi government’s website, the city saw only 100 positive cases.

• NITI Aayog Member Dr. V.K Paul had lauded the Delhi government’s efforts in combating the pandemic. Further he said 'Remarkable no Covid-19 death reported in Delhi in 24 hours.’

• Union health secretary Rajesh Bhushan, said, "There are 15 states and union territories that haven't reported deaths in last 24 hours. There are seven states and UTs that haven't reported deaths in last 3 weeks," said Bhushan. Notably there has been a decline of 55 percent in average daily COVID deaths in the past five weeks.
