Delhi High court grants bail to activist Disha Ravi in 'Toolkit' case
On Tuesday Delhi High court granted bail to the activist Disha Ravi. She was accused in the allegation of connection to the 'Toolkit' case.
She was arrested by the Delhi special cell from Bengaluru. Additional judge Dharamender Rana has granted bail to Disha with a bond of ₹ 1 lakhs that she has to pay.
"22 years old activist Disha Ravi is found innocent and has no link with 'Toolkit' case and the evidence against her are sketchy and scanty. So, she has absolutely no criminal antecedent", said the judge.
According to the report, no evidence has been prevented before the court that proves she was in connection with the Khalistan movement.
The HC noted that the people must be identified who are involved in the conspiracy of unrest protests that has led to the republic day violence in Delhi as well as the probe should be done on people linked with the Pro- Khalistan agenda.
