Delhi HC to hear only extremely urgent cases

  • Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 second wave the Delhi High Court has decided to hear only extremely urgent issues from April 19.

  • However, this order was passed after the chief justice DN Patel was tested positive for coronavirus and the other three judges were also tested positive this week. The court hearings are done through virtual mode.
