Delhi government files FIR on Airlines for ignoring COVID-19 guidelines
On Monday the Kejriwal government had filed FIR (First Information Report) against four airlines for not checking COVID-19 test reports from all the passengers travelling from Maharashtra to Delhi.
These four airlines include Indigos, Vistara, SpiceJet and Air Asia. The complaint has been filed under the disaster management act, 2005.
According to the Delhi government, the FIR against these four airlines is registered for not checking RTPCR tests of the passengers travelling from Maharashtra.
Whereas, the Delhi government has already set the new COVID guidelines for all airlines.
