A Delhi court on Monday declined to give Navneet Kalra any temporary relief in a case involving the hoarding of oxygen concentrators in a restaurant in South Delhi.
In conjunction with the seizure of oxygen concentrators from his restaurants, Kalra sought temporary relief from the police's punitive intervention.
Special Judge Sumit Dass postponed the case until tomorrow, instructing the Delhi Police to respond to the Kalra anticipatory bail application.
Tomorrow, the court will hear Kalra's anticipatory bail application in connection with Delhi Police's seizure of oxygen concentrators from his restaurants.
