Covid curbs in Delhi see relaxations. Find out what has changed

  • New rules regarding the Covid curbs in the national capital were discussed in a meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) today. The meeting was attended by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and LG Anil Baijal.

  • The weekend curfew, which lasted for three weeks in the capital, has come to an end. Restrictions on markets and malls have been lifted as well.

  • Cinema halls and restaurants will be permitted to reopen with 50 per cent capacity, while guests at weddings have been limited at 200.

  • Government offices will function at 50 per cent capacity. Educational institutions will remain closed, and night curfew will continue.

  • The odd-even opening of shops in markets have been lifted as well, allowing all shops to open, following the request by traders' body.
