Chirag Paswan to move to court over his uncle's inclusion in Union Cabinet
Lok Janshakti Party’s Member of Parliament from Jamui and until recently, the party chief Chirag Paswan today declared that he will file a case in the Delhi HC against the induction of his uncle and LJP MP from Hajipur, Pashupati Paras in the Union Government.
Chirag Paswan stated that while it was the Prime Minister's pererogative as to whom to grant the ministership to, Paras can't be granted the office on the LJP quota- since he has been removed from the party.
He further stated that 66 of the 75 members of the LJP's national executive support him, and therefore Pashupati Paras' claim of being the national leader of the party , wont stand true in front of the Election Commission.
