Central team to probe post-poll violence in Bengal within 48hrs
On Friday the central government sent the top bureaucrats team to West Bengal for investigating the post-poll violence and the deployed team will file a report within 48 hours.
After TMC's victory announced in the assembly polls result the ruckus and violence created between TMC & BJP. Both the parties have reported killings of party workers including violence with women & children, even the BJP office in Kolkata was set on fire.
MHA said, "The investigating team this morning has left for West Bengal. It will file the probe report in 48 hours".
According to the report, the probing team will meet top officials of West Bengal police, the Chief Secretary and other bureaucrats in the administration.
MHA added, "The violence continues and that means no effective measures have been taken".
However, the state government has been asked to take the necessary actions to control the situation.
