BREAKING: Blast inside Ludhiana's Court Complex

• At least two people have died in a blast incident inside Ludhiana's court complex on Thursday, while four others are reported to be seriously injured. The blast is reported as a result of Improvised Explosive Device (IED).

• The blast is reported to have taken place around 12:22 pm in a bathroom on the second floor of the building. The intensity of the blast was so huge that it damaged the walls of the bathroom and shattered glass of windows of nearby rooms.

• The court complex is located near the District Commissioner's office in the heart of industrial city of Punjab.

• Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi, who is scheduled to visit Mullanpur Dakha in Ludhiana, on Thursday afternoon, is likely to visit the blast site shortly.
