Brazil thanks India for exporting 2 million doses of COVID-19 Vaccine

  • Brazil president Jair M Bolsonaro has thanked India's Prime minister Narendra Modi for exporting 2 million of COVID-19 Vaccine. After receiving the doses of vaccine, he expressed his gratitude to a great partner India for joining hands to overcome the global health crisis.

  • In his tweet to India's Prime minister the Brazil president said " Namaskar! he feels honoured to have India as a great partner to overcome the global obstacle by joining efforts and has thanked for exporting vaccine from India to Brazil by tweeting Dhanyawad ! by expressing gratitude".

  • Bolsonaro has tweeted an illustration that depicts lord Hanuman carrying a mountain with Coronavirus vaccine from India to Brazil.

  • In reply to Bolsonaro's tweets, PM Modi tweeted, " Both the countries will strengthen the tie for cooperation on healthcare. He assured that Brazil is India's trusted partner in the fight against global pandemic”.

  • India has begun exporting the two coronavirus vaccines; AstraZeneca and Oxford Coronavirus vaccine doses. Since Wednesday India has supplied the COVID-19 Vaccine doses to Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar and Seychelles.
