A naval version of the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile was successfully test-fired from an indigenously built stealth destroyer of the Indian.
The missile was fired from INS Chennai, and it hit the target with pin-point accuracy. BrahMos would ensure the navy’s invincibility since it would enable warships to destroy surface level enemy targets at long distances.
