As the polls for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appear close, the BJP on Thursday released it's manifesto for the polls. The manifesto was released by former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis.
The party has promised free coronavirus vaccines and tests for all the citizens. Along with that the party has also promised setting up of exclusive Primary Health Care centres (PHCs) for the administration of Covid vaccine.
It further promised free travel for all women commuters in the buses and metro in the city of Hyderabad.
BJP has also promised a state level celebration on September 17 of every year, as 'Mukti Diwas', the day when Indian flag was hoisted in Hyderabad, after it's annexation to the Indian union.
Additionally, the party has also promised the rejuvenation of the Musi river and other rivers in Hyderabad, with Central funds. Another main promise is a transfer of Rs.25,000 as a relief amount in the bank accounts of those affected by the flood.
The polls are scheduled to be held on December 1 and the results for it will be declared on December 4.
