Bihar POCSO Court awards Death Sentence for 10 yrs old's rape and murder

• A court in Rohtas, Bihar, sentenced a man to death for raping and killing a ten-year-old girl.

• Additional District & Sessions Judge Neeraj Bihari Lal of Rohtas delivered the judgement on Friday. He also fined Baliram Singh 50,000.

• A village near Dalmianagar Police Station was the scene of an event on November 14, 2020.

• Balaram Singh had lured the kid with the promise of displaying her a god's picture, authorities claimed. He had hidden the body inside after committing the crime.
