
Austria’s Labour minister tenders her resignation amid allegations of plagiarism
Austria’s Labour Minister Christine Aschbacher has resigned from her post after an academician accused her of plagiarising her university work.
However the minister said that she was stepping down to protect her family and denied any wrongdoing. Further she said that she had done her work ‘to the best of her knowledge and belief.’
Academic Stefan Weber who specialises in the domain of plagiarism said that at least one-fifth of her doctoral dissertation from other sources.
