Australia deports world’s no. 1 tennis player Novak Djokovic

• Novak Djokovic has lost an appeal against the cancellation of his visa resulting in his deportation.

• The three-judge panel of the Federal Court has upheld the decision of the Immigration Minister Alex Hawke’s to cancel Djokovic’s vis for the second time in a row.

•Australia detained the World No.1 unvaccinated tennis star for health and reasonable order grounds.

• Djokovic arrived in Australia on January 6 after a ten-hour standoff at the Melbourne Airport.

• The visa has been cancelled even after Djokovic gave proof of medical exemption from Tennis Australia and the Victoria State government.
