Andhra Pradesh HC schedules National Lok Adalat on September 11.

• On Saturday, September 11th, 2021, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has scheduled a National Lok Adalat on the High Court grounds.

• The National Lok Adalat will be held in New Delhi under the auspices of the National Legal Services Authority, in collaboration with the State Legal Services Authority of Andhra Pradesh and the High Court Legal Services Committee.

• In India, Lok Adalat is a kind of alternative dispute resolution. It is a venue where matters that are pending in the panchayat or at the pre-litigation stage in a court of law are resolved. The Legal Services Authorities Act of 1987 gives it legal jurisdiction.
