Onkar MehraABG Shipyard's Former Chairman questioned by CBI
On Monday, the former Chairman of ABG Shipyard Rishi Agarwal appeared before CBI for questioning in connection with the alleged Inda's biggest banking fraud case.
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has recently filed a complaint against ABG Shipyard Ltd. for defrauding a consortium of 28 banks of ₹22,842 crores.
SBI filed the FIR on 7th February on the basis of SBI's November 2019 complaint which was later followed by a more detailed complaint in December 2020.
