AAP criticise Yogi Govt Over Dalit Family Killing, to Stage Protests Across UP today
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) criticised the Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday for the recent murders of four Dalit family members in Allahabad, demanding a swift trial and capital penalty for the perpetrators. Sanjay Singh, an AAP MP, declared during a news conference at the party headquarters that his party will stage rallies on Sunday in all of Uttar Pradesh's districts, demanding justice for the deaths.
He claimed that the horrible occurrence, in which the family's little daughter was allegedly kidnapped and murdered, was the result of the Yogi Adityanath administration's "negligence and a police-criminals connection in the state." On Wednesday night, four members of a Dalit family were brutally murdered in Gohri village, which is located in the Phaphamau police station area of Allahabad district.
