AAP criticise Yogi Govt Over Dalit Family Killing, to Stage Protests Across UP today

  • The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) criticised the Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday for the recent murders of four Dalit family members in Allahabad, demanding a swift trial and capital penalty for the perpetrators. Sanjay Singh, an AAP MP, declared during a news conference at the party headquarters that his party will stage rallies on Sunday in all of Uttar Pradesh's districts, demanding justice for the deaths.

  • He claimed that the horrible occurrence, in which the family's little daughter was allegedly kidnapped and murdered, was the result of the Yogi Adityanath administration's "negligence and a police-criminals connection in the state." On Wednesday night, four members of a Dalit family were brutally murdered in Gohri village, which is located in the Phaphamau police station area of Allahabad district.

  • "This is bigger than the Hathras case. Hooliganism and savagery against the poor and deprived sections have got a free run in the state under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath" - Sanjay Singh, AAP MP
