8 out of 10 most valued firms add ₹2.32 lakh crores in their market valuation

  • Last week, 8 out of 10 most valued firms in India added ₹2,32,800.35 crores cumulatively in their market valuation.

  • These 4 companies include- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC, Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) and Infosys.

  • Kotak Mahindra Bank and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) were the companies that observed a decline in their valuations.

  • RIL & TCS were the biggest gainer by gaining ₹98,823.76 crores and ₹76,200.46 crores respectively. Infosys gained ₹24,857.35 crores, Bajaj Finance gained ₹12,913.91 crores, HDFC Bank gained ₹10,881.09 crores, ICICI Bank gained ₹7403.24 crores, State Bank of India gained ₹5310.14 crores and HDFC gained ₹1410.4 crores in their respective market valuations.

  • The top 10 most valued firms include- RIL, TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, HUL, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, State Bank of India and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
