
7 states meet capex target in Q2 FY2021-22
According to the news report, 7 states in India have achieved the target for capital expenditure (Capex) in the second quarter of the financial year 2021-22.
The target has been set by the Government of India.
After the completion of the target, these states have been granted permission to borrow an additional amount of ₹16,691 crores by the Department of Expenditures.
These states are Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Punjab, Rajasthan and Telangana.
On Friday, the Finance Ministry of India released the statement.
