Last week, 7 out of 10 most valued firms in India added Rs.1.40 lakh crores cumulatively in their market valuation.
These 7 companies include- Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), HDFC, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance and State Bank of India.
HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and Kotak Mahindra Bank were the companies that observed a decline in their valuations.
RIL was the biggest gainer by gaining Rs.74,329 crores.
HDFC gained Rs.12,439 crores, Infosys gainedRs.15,888 crores, TCS gained Rs.12,420 crores, ICICI Bank gained Rs.22,943 crores, State Bank of India gained Rs.133 crores and Bajaj Finance gained Rs.2274 crores in their respective market valuations.
The top 10 most valued firms include- RIl, TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India and Bajaj Finance.
